I haven't wrote a blog all track season, so I guess I'll start now. :) This week is the Arcadia Invite! yay! I'm really excited to run... not so excited to set up for it, but it's all happy. I'm running Friday in the 4x800 and Saturday night  in the 3200. I'm going to have a great time with my team in the 4x800, and the 3200 is going to be a good race.
